Today, I’m joined by Gabi and Isabelle to discuss an interesting and hard subject: shame and worthiness.
As much as sometimes we on’t want to go there, no matter your Enneagram, everyone struggles with this to an extent.
These guys have some great insight into how they overcame shame as teenagers. As an adult we have just as much worthiness battles as teenagers, but teenagers are just more aware of it. As we put on more responsibilities as an adult, we tend to bury and repress that shame.
